The Secure Print feature allows you to send a print job to the printer but requires you to enter your own secret code when you are at the printer to release the job and print it. This is useful if you are printing a document that may have confidential information on it that you wouldn’t want anyone else to pick up from the print tray.
In Chrome, open the document you want to print use CTL+P to print then click “more settings”
Or use Keyboard shortcut CTL+SHIFT+P to quickly open the system dialogue
Select the Xerox Printer (should end in PL) and click preferences
Under Printing options tab, select Secure Print under Job Type. Enter and confirm a passcode and click OK
Then click “print” back on the print page
At the printer, tap the home button, then tap “Jobs”
Tap “Secure Jobs” then tap your username, Enter Passcode you created then “OK” Finally tap “Print All”
